Whoever works at that lab has the best job in the world idgaf
First, stay inside. Don't go out to greet it.
Excellent balanced focus on the video. Get this distributed widely in the state.
I have watched many of these videos and found them helpful. However things have changed in several units - Cameron Peak fires, winter kill of 2022-23, wolves being reintroduced, GMU 81 no longer allowing OTC archery, etc. As a resident I’d love for CPW to refresh the videos!!!
BANG!!!!
Maybe you should build a better fence (wall) across your northern border.
When does this effort usually take place?
What’s with the scary music?

Need to change your name to Colorado Agricultural. Because that's all you guys constantly talk about & bootlick 🤢🤮. Talk about how Colorado ranchers stole 10million from the farm subsidies. Listening to your live today agriculture is like every other word. How about we take all the foreign owned Ag land in Colorado which is around 2.5 million acres of 38 million acres & turn it into a actual wildlife wilderness & preserve with 0 livestock. We need to stop grazing permits & stop killing predators on the leases.
Ptarmigan? Grouse?
I feel like the bigger look approach is kinda bs when this cat will try and take down a 900 pound elk.
Ok well one was spotted 5 mins from my house a few hours ago so now what?
I'm here expecting moose and elk stood side by side, not expecting information about people who can't differentiate them😂
Why am I watching this.., there’s no bears in Africa
I got to see one at work today, was surprised it was such an endangered species. He/she was so vibrant and bright reddish/gold! It was awesome
I don't go into the forest without NY 40 sw
They should be hunted that way they will be afraid of people we are just food they eat meat we are slow in aware and they can kill us with no to little effort
Oh Colorado. "Bear Spray and an Airhorn" how about a Holster and some .45? No way you'd ever convince me to go in Bear Country or Mountain Lion Country without a Firearm, hell, I live in Florida, which doesn't have very many dangerous Wildlife on Land, outside of Wild Hogs, Black Bear, Coyotes, and Bobcats, all of which are very very rarely a threat. That being said, couple of years ago I was out in Nature completely alone, and I had a very close encounter with a Bobcat, couldn't carry a Firearm at the time, but now I don't go into the Woods without it. Before the ignorant ones comment, yes, Wild Hogs can be considerably dangerous, especially when reaching sizes over 250-300+ Pounds. I know CO allows people to carry in Parks, but from what I have heard, getting your CCW out there can be a long process, which is ridiculous. Sidenote, I do agree that the information provided in this Video is good, and you should carry Bear Spray if you live in an area where it is applicable, regardless, a Firearm is always a good tool to have in the Woods or any Back country for that matter.
The large majority of those that go out into the woods here in the lower 48 do so without a firearm. Nothing wrong with that, and most of the times a spray or horn (Or equivalent) are sufficient. If a gun works for you, great. You’re skirting around the topic of gun rights which is not entirely relevant to this specific video. I carry, but I’d rather not carry the extra weight when out backpacking. Been goin for year frame have seen a cougar once my entire life and black bears a few times. Never a problem, usually from a distance. And yes, agreed hogs are dangerous. Have plenty here in Texas.
Once again, Native Americans' culture of their country is not even figured in. Wolves are sacred and very much figure in.
Theres one in the neighborhood and its screams at night are soook scary to me 😭 I hate them theyre so scary
Is Carson over hunted? I’m stationed here but the points for big game will take me a few years to accumulate. I was hoping to bag some game on post.
I would make myself unattractive to him by filling my pants with odiferous substances.
Propaganda from a fish and wildlife service.

What is the first one? He is here and I want to be his friend
When you expect a roar like the European red deer, and then... pheeeep... lol
They are just big kitties that want you to pet them. Go for it. They really like their bellies rubbed.
Bobcats is my favorite animal and this is my dream job I’m very happy you guys are doing research on them
indoctrination
Yep. Hunting is a dying activity and Colorado Parks and Death is desperate.
Wolves make great looking rugs! I need another!😂
I had an encounter with a Mountain Lion. I was do a timber stand exàm. Central Oregon. I walked past a down log. The cat jumped 10 feet straight up. Then walked right at me. I yelled, Go Away. It didn't go away. I backed up about a quarter mile. The cat 25 feet behind me. Got to the rig. The cat sat on the road cut, watching me. I threw rocks at it. The bad part. I had to go back to this place, the next day. I did see it again. It pee d on a tree. Walked away.
Mark Johnson sounds a lot like Cave Johnson from Portal.
I just got to CO and I can’t wait to interact with wolves.
Why in Spanish?
She probably gets this all the time but she looks like a wolf
Amazing work!
Y’all need to stop putting those collars so tight, and also make them less bulky. UNLESS you’re able to enlarge it as they grow.
Bears are known to "bluff" charge. Cats are known to be "curious." Are there any signs to look for that would indicate the cat is just curious?
Oh, kitty, kitty 😺 😍
I captured one 📸 near Fort Wingate NM Beautiful birds
Thank you…I put for the video. I put in for a tag for unit 39 my son who will be a junior Hunter. I don’t know the area very well. Do you have any other resources for the Evergreen area?

Great video I wish the road names included numbers shown on MVUM map
I hope they add illegals to the big game list and not have a harvest limit on them
This is my dream job I’m only 19 but someday I really wanna do this
Wolves are gorgeous animals magnificent ❤
Did they kill euthanize that young looking mountain lion that was in the motel or hotel? It did not look like it was a threat to seem like it was just cold. Would you please give me that information that would be nice because that is really wrong OK
